I won't go into details, but this prolific serial killer of many women and more, remained free for 30 something years as the investigators just couldn't catch him. Then he sends a computer diskette to the police like a dumbass and they instantly traced it to him. He later showed agitation, not that he was arrested, but rather because the police "lied" to him about not being able to trace the disk. Yes, he asked them first! LOL
